Banana Strawberry Fruit Smoothie
This smoothie is jam packed with bananas and strawberries, this healthy yet delicious drink hits the spot for breakfast, or even as a pick-me-up between meals.
2 cups apricot nectar, chilled
1 cup plain yogurt
3 medium bananas, cut into chunks
1 cup sliced strawberries or cut up mango (chilled)
2 tbsp honey
In blender, combine apricot nectar and yogurt; add bananas, strawberries and honey. Cover and blend until smooth.

Raspberry Peach Smoothie
Try pouring both peach and raspberry smoothie into a glass all at once and see the beautiful creation you get.
Makes 6 Servings
1 12 oz can peach, mango or apricot nectar (chilled)
3 cups frozen unsweetened peach slices
1 3/4 cup reduced-fat milk
3 cups frozen lightly sweetened raspberries
2 tbsp honey
Pour peach nectar into blender; add frozen peaches. Cover and blend until smooth.Transfer to pitcher or glass measuring cup.
Pour milk into blender; add frozen raspberries and honey. Cover and blend until smooth.
For each serving, slowly pour both smoothies at the same time into opposite sides of a tall glass.
