No Bake Chocolate Eclair Dessert
No Bake Chocolate Eclair Dessert are chocolatey, flaky, creamy and delicious. When having one just isn’t enough; make a pan of them!
1 large instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
1 large tub Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
Mix pudding and milk well. Fold in Cool Whip and beat. Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Place a layer of whole graham crackers in bottom.
Spread 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers.
Place another layer of crackers and add remaining pudding mixture.
Place a layer of crackers on top.
Combine milk, cocoa, sugar and salt in saucepan or double boiler. Bring to a boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla.
Beat; let cool and spread on crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
