This is the easiest dessert you will ever make. I make it as a cheesecake and sometimes in a 9×13 pan and make cheesecake squares.

No Bake Cherry Cheesecake
1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 8oz tub of cool whip (thawed)
1 1/2 cups cherry pie filling
Graham cracker crust (prepare as per instructions on box)
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with whisk or mixer until blended
Fold in crust
Refrigerate for 3 hrs
Top with cherry pie filling
For that extra special touch, prepare stabilized whip cream and add over cherries, to finish shave chocolate and sprinkle over whole cheesecake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
